Praux.com is an up-and-coming resume building/hosting service. They have a very extensive back-end (which I did not develop). I was approached for front-end development, and produced a template and color scheme that they ended up using on the main site.

Praux.com has social-media aspects to it, and it allows people to comment on different aspects of your resume to help you improve it. It also has a very extensive API that allows you to manipulate the data in a wide variety of ways. Keep an eye on this site, it's going to be big.
