Doug Deming

Doug Deming & the Jewel Tones are a jump blues band from the Detroit area. They needed a band site that could be easily updated. I designed a custom CMS for the band that is run using a combination of PHP, Smarty Templating and a MySQL-driven database. The page responds very quickly due to the caching used in the PHP classes I used, and Smarty's caching abilities.

The logo design was done for the band by another designer. I used their logo to flesh out the overall desing for the rest of the site.
